How long can I keep the waste container? There is an initial rental period on each dumpster that you rent from us. This rental period lasts for two weeks and begins from the time you get that open-top delivered and not when you place the order. If you are going to need more than that two week rental period with the dumpsters, that’s perfectly fine. You don’t even need to let us know that you are doing so. We have a flat-rate pricing plan that kicks in automatically after the first fourteen days, this pricing plan is ten dollars a day. We have a flexible rental period with every dumpster that you rent.
What should I do for waste removal? When you are finished with the waste container that you have rented, all you have to do is call us back. We can then send a driver out to your location and they’ll remove that dumpster for you. Just be sure that you call us and not the number on the side of the roll-off. Rochester Dumpster Rental handles every part of the rental for you to help avoid any issues or any confusion. Also, please be totally finished with the dumpster before calling for a pickup. Our drivers cannot wait around while you continue to load refuse into the dumpster. They will have to move on to other pickups if the dumpster is not ready and you will need to reschedule for a later date.
What if I need more than one dumpster at a time but don’t have the space? That’s no problem at all, we can set you up with something called an empty and return service. With this, you can receive as many open-top rentals as you need but never take up more space than you can allot. Just call us back when you have finished with the first rental and we’ll send a driver out to drop a fresh unit and make pickup on that full dumpster. Can I rent more than one waste container at a time? Of course. We do not set a limit on the number of roll-off rentals that you can have out at one time. Rent one dumpster or rent ten, it doesn’t matter. You can even feel free to stagger their delivery dates so you are receiving each unit just when you need it and not before or once it is too late. We can even handle orders that have shipments to multiple locations. When you call in to our customer service center, you can give us the specifics of what you will need and from there we can work with you to determine just what size, type, and how many dumpsters you will require to get the job done. We have streamlined an often confusing process and helped open up the world of waste removal to the masses.
