What happens if I go over the weight limit?  Going over the weight limit will result in a trip fee being assessed to your account. Trip fees can be over one hundred dollars and are automatically assessed to your account. These cannot be revoked once we have assessed them to your order. Avoid trip fees by keeping to the filling requirements on your dumpster and keeping in mind what sort of refuse you are throwing into the waste container. If you have any questions about this, all you have to do is let us know.

What should I know about filling the dumpster?  First of all, regardless of the refuse, we ask that you are filling the dumpster evenly throughout. This means that you are not letting either end of the dumpster to be filled more than the other. When we arrive onsite, our drivers will not be able to help you unload any of the refuse to allow the dumpster to be filled evenly. They would leave without handling waste removal, your account would be assessed a trip fee, and you would need to reschedule for a later date.

Is there anything specific to know about debris?  When it comes to general household and construction debris, we ask that you fill the dumpster until the refuse is level with the height of the walls. Filling the dumpster any higher than this and by law we would not be allowed on the roads with such a unit. For heavy debris, please do not fill the dumpster any more than halfway up the height of the walls. This is due to the incurred weight of these substances. Keep this information in mind when you are filling your waste container with various forms of refuse.

What should I know about heavy debris?  When it comes to heavy debris, we ask that you are not allowing more than one type of heavy debris to be placed in the same dumpster. This, like the filling height with heavy debris, is due to the weight of these substances. If you are going to be disposing of more than one type of heavy debris, please rent your dumpsters accordingly. Heavy debris can include: dirt, concrete, asphalt, sand, specific forms of yard waste, and more.
